   The Neurochip/Nachip Project from Paris Hilton is going on at WASHU Washington Memorial Hospital in St.Louis,Missouri.Rick and Richard Hilton of Hilton Hotels(hilton Headshop) are heading the Project.This illegal inhumane brain washing project using the(TAG–Right to know Act2003 15U.S.C.1453CH.94) Neurochip(from Infineon Stefano Girardi of Perdue Italy put the TAG it in my head at Open MRI of Potosi,Missouri) is going on without Congress or Senates knowledge or approval.Vice-President Joseph Biden,George W.Bush(RICO lawsuite illegal RFID(TAG) microchip implant setteled for $6million dollars)Donald Rumsfeld and John Ashcroft(attorney general of Missouri)are embezzeling $500million United States Grant Money, they are at the Hospital doing these inhumane experimentation experiments on American, Chronic Pain Sufferers(because as they say”they don’t have any reason to live”).46 Celebrity Actor Investors(each pitched in $5,000 dollars to get a $1million dollar return in grant money and then the Hiltons split the rest).Some of the Celebrities(investors) at the hospital are:Fran Drescher(whom wants to run for Florida Senate),Alan Alda and the cast of MASH, Eddie Murphy,Queen Latifa,Tim Talor and the cast from Tooltime,Ashton Cutcher and the cast from That 70’s Show, Donald Trump, and many other Celebrity investors are there. If they successfully brain wash five chronic pain sufferers,that’s whom their using(they’ve killed four already because their afrid of being sued, 1 of which was a young Jewish boy(who sold drugs to Paris Hilton)they put his neurochip into my head)I’m the fifth subject theri using, they didn’t have a writ,sobpoena,nor a prescription to to this.They didn’t have any legal right to use me for this inhumane experimentation. Some of the brain washing techneques their using are: Pictographs and velum layovers, trying to make me believe that I rapped Fran Drescher by doing reenactments(they know that I was never there and I donot match any of their descriptions), another is Osama Bin ladin, tried to kill Gorge Bush Senior,Mel Carnahan,the murder of Paris Hilton,bombs making,money laundering,thru a co-worker in front of a trinchild melestation they describe exactly what a little boys penis tastes like,who to suck on it, and what a little girls vagina tastes like and how it feels when you have intercourse with children,robbing, stealing, rapeing,murdering co-workers,ect. they say that they have to have me say”I’m Guilty”in order to get their grant money for the neurochip project.
