PETA has officially named the Worst Dressed of the Year for 2006.  I bet you can’t guess, can you?  Tell you what, I’ll give you a hint.  She’s pictured in this post.  Yes, you guessed it- Nicole Richie, you are so smart!

Stylist hater Nicole Richie has been named PETA’s worst dressed this year.  The animal right group backs up their favorite celeb by saying, “This pelt-wearing party girl is all animal skin and bones.”

“She’s an incredible shrinking woman with the heart to match.”

Wow, that’s a pretty good sum-up, don’t you think?

20-year-old Ashley Olsen came in second place, giving PETA the chance to say, “Wearing fur does add 20 pounds, “but if Ashley wants to fill out her frame, we suggest using a fork instead.”

So, who’s writing for PETA?  They’ve got some talent over there to come up with some of those gems.

So, will this not so positive accolade inspire Richie & Olsen to drop the furs & grab their forks?  You tell me.
