Thanks to Us Weekly we have these fabulous pictures of Nicole Richie getting pulled over, questioned & then arrested for that DUI earlier in the week.  Wow, that’s awesome & at the same time a little scary.

These images of Richie being arrested early Monday morning, while on her damn cell phone, were taken by Burbank, CA highway cameras.  So thank technology for this great images, ladies & gentlemen. 

Nicole’s attorney Howard Weitzman released a statement, saying, “This is a difficult time for Nicole but she is prepared to accept whatever responsibility is appropriate.”

“She intends to continue with her career and will deal with any other issues that need to be addressed.”

What career, some would ask?
