Despite some rumors that teen queen Lindsay Lohan was spotted in NYC over the weekend, LL continues to remain elusive.  Why, the actress hasn’t even been seen in public since the night of her arrest on July 24, you know, for that whole DUI & cocaine business. 

As far as where the teen queen actually is, we’re guessing a treatment center in Utah.  According to LL’s rep, though, “It would be counterproductive to the medical treatment she’s receiving to release Lindsay’s whereabouts at this time.”

But where oh where am I gonna send this gift basket of booze & drugs?
