I’m not sure if Lindsay Lohan just likes to be ready when she’s pulled over for drunk driving, or if she’s just kinky that way, or if it’s just a reminder of her imprisoned father; but the fact that LL has a pair of handcuffs strapped to her rearview mirror is just hilarious.

What is she doing with those things?  Shouldn’t they at least be padded?  Well, Lindsay does like it rough, doesn’t she?
