So, umm, is this a Halloween costume for the teen queen Lindsay Lohan?  Or is this another one of those crazy outfits the actress is trying to get by with.

I’ll tell you, I just can’t tell anymore.  Until Lindsay shows up in a wolf mask with blood on its mouth, then I’ll say that’s a Halloween costume- and even then I might have to stop & think for a minute.  What do you think?
