Well, it wasn’t exactly Vegas, but Lindsay Lohan did get to spend her entire 21st birthday in a bikini, so maybe that makes up for it.

Little Miss Lohan sported at least two different swimsuits on her big day in Malibu with family & friends.  While it looks like LL just might actually have her shit together, it appears as if her toxicoligy report is coming back confirming that she had cocaine in her system when she was arrested.  Well, that can’t be good news, now can it?

Birthday wishes for Lohan?  Hmmm, may she find inner peace….possibly in jail…..
