The Vince Vaughn & Jennifer Aniston era is over, the break-up now official.  Gosh, everything is official today, Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott’s pregnancy & now this. 

After weeks & weeks of distance, the Aniston / Vaughn relationship ax fell the week of September 9.  A source close to Vince said the split happened just before he left for London to work on a holiday movie with Joe Clause.

“It’s not common knowledge, but we’re not together anymore,� Vince told his pal on September 13.  The source went on to say that Jennifer & Vince broke-up over the phone in a long conversation.

“We’ve split up,” Vince is reported to have said.
 
Team Aniston confirms, saying, “They’re 100 percent done.�

Soon after the telephone break-up, Vaughn cancelled plans for Aniston to visit him in London for a September 23 party.

What went wrong, and dear me, what happened to that $500,000, 9.5-carat canary yellow diamond Vince picked out for Jen?

Either way, it’s just too bad.  I thought they were a great match.
