Thanks to PopSugar we have the very first glimpse of Jennifer Aniston after her infamous nose job. Aniston was spotted at the 22nd Annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival this weekend. Jen stopped by the festival for a special showing of Room 10.

Jennifer has denied getting a “nose job,” simply stating that she had some work done to correct a deviated septum.

plastic surgens in the States suck, this is a terrible nose job. the best surgens are in Iran. go there and have your nose fixed for 1/3 of the price you pay in the states. the surgens there can turn your Celine Dion nose to Charlis Theron nose. great, heh??

HER NOSE IS LOOK SMALLER THAN BEFORE. IT’S BEEN FIXED MANY TIMES. SOMEDAY WILL LOOK LIKE MICHEAL JACKSON NOSE
