Jamie Lynn Spears spends her birthday shopping with her boyfriend. Their baby is due this summer…but her bump seems really, really small. She is, however, showing some “mommy sensibilities” including a real concern for watching the family budget. She kept her birthday party small, and stayed away from the designer boutiques to buy stuff in Walmart.
