Well, the news has gone from adopted boy to girl, but the news is finally in that 31-year-old Angelina Jolie & 43-year-old partner Brad Pitt will be adopting a 4-year-old boy from Vietnam. Â
This newest addition to the Jolie-Pitt clan will be moving into the family’s $3.5 million New Orleans home in just a matter of months. According to the deputy head of Vietnam’s International Adoption Department, Nguyen Cong Khanh, the adoption could take place in just under four months.
The word on the street is that Jolie, who is the name on the adoption papers, will not get special treatment where the adoption in concerned. You know what I have to say about that? Yeah, right! I don’t really so much care about any Angelina preferential treatment, but it’s kinda silly to say that they’re won’t be any, don’t ya think?
“[Jolie] will have to follow procedure like any other American,” a Vietnamese official stated.
And I don’t think the incentive of $2 million dollars will be taken lightly. A Vietnamese insider reveals that Jolie plans to reward the orphanage a large sum of money when she adopts the lucky child.
“She promised to give $2 million to the Tam Binh orphanage on the very day she receives the child,” the insider stated.
What’s the actual adoption fee, you ask? Just a measly $125. Wow, you can buy a baby for $125. Maybe I shouldn’t get those Fendi shoes after all & pick up a baby on the way home instead.
Wow, another addition to the Jolie-Pitt family. My is it growing fast. I wonder what Brad Pitt’s family makes of his quickly growing family & what Jennifer Aniston makes of the adoption news……
