Each Idol season always has its big shocker, and this week it came on, disappointingly hitting the only male eye candy of the show left, Michael Johns. I fully agree with Simon that he’ll be missed, that he has a great voice, and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. Sadly we are now left with the two Davids – one saccharine sweet and the other irritatingly conceited. It really shuda been the blonde. Or the one who does that freaky baby cry.
