Has one guy ever looked so happy to be holding the naked sides of actress Hilary Swank & having his picture taken by the pap?  I don’t think so, and that’s not such a hot personality trait if you ask me.

Things were getting steamy for divorcee Swank & new beau John Campisi, a Creative Artists agent.

The couple are vacationing near Ischia, the volcanic island off the coast of Naples, Italy. 

Maybe & hopefully this is just a bad picture of Swanky’s new dude.  We can only hope….
