howard-stern-beth-ostrosky-engaged-2-15-07.jpgWell, the man who said hell would come to earth before he married again, has popped the question.  53-year-old radio jockey Howard Stern (nope, not Howard K. Stern) has asked his longtime model girlfriend, 34-year-old Beth Ostrosky, to join him in holy matrimony.

Stern announced the happy wedding news Wednesday on his Sirius radio show.  Apparently ole Howie popped the question to Beth Tuesday evening (Valentine’s Eve) who had said yes to a very large 5.2 carat emerald-cut diamond ring designed especially for Ostrosky

The engaged couple, who as of yet have not set a marriage date, have been dating since 2000.  This will be the second marriage for Stern who was married to his college sweetheart, Alison Berns, for 22 years before divorcing in 200o.  This will be the very first marriage for Ostrosky.

 Congrats to the happy couple, even if hell has come to earth.
