The actor wasn’t able to update his will before his death to accidental overdose — but since SOME people actually have a conscience, Heath’s parents and ex wife Michelle waived any claims so Matilda would have full share of her father’s assets.

Unfortunately, the insurance company lawyers aren’t as humane… They’re trying to rule the death a suicide to avoid claims. Someone should slam a pencil through THEIR hands.
