Sinead O’ Connor Pulls the Plug on her 18day Marriage

Hollywood marriages seem to get on a pretty short trend these days. This makes you wonder how much thought these celebrities put into the word commitment as after all the wedding glitz … the evident divorce circus ring with their lawyers and the media certainly looks like a normal day on the set of their reel lives.
After merely 18 days of marriage, Sinead O’ Connor pulls the plug on her marriage to Barry Herridge. The singer who turned 45 this month, got hitched on the same day after her public manhunt for love and a lover.
Expressing her sentiments for her change of heart, O’Connor pleads guilty to rushing into the marriage and feels that her husband is much too nice to be trapped and married to a woman who wanted to smoke up on a wee blunt on their wedding night. Apparently, that little wild antic came as a shock and hurt the groom. At the same time,the singer confesses that the attitude of people in her husband’s life also had much bearing on her decision to set him free .
In spite of a painful ending, O’Connor still professes her love to 38 yr old Barry Herridge but feels he has so much to lose if they stayed together.

Chaz Bono Calls Off Engagement with Fiance’ Jennifer Elia

Christmas is barely a breath away and we find some of Hollywood’s lovey doves heading out to for a hitch or goin’ down the trail to splitsville this year. Certainly not the cheeriest of news to know of broken engagements and some messy divorce issues, but reality does get in the way of all the glitz and glamour of celebrity life.
The most romantic of transgender proposals took place when Chaz popped the question to Jennifer Elia on top of the Space Needle in Seattle, while on reel of a documentary about his life last month. With a much publicised gender transformation back in 2008, the celebrity child of Cher and Sonny Bono, became a complete man in 2010.
After finding her true identity under the knife, Chaz Bono was dating Jennifer Elia for the past 6 years. Seeing his stint through Dancing With The Stars, Chaz’s participation became a wee bit controversial for some, but the 42 year old transgender smoothly made it through the rounds and did a solid performance to the last step. Sadly enough, weeks after his last dance on the show, Chaz called off the engagement.
No specific reason was spoken for their break up, but Chaz has clearly made it public and expressed appreciation for the concern and understanding of his fans and followers.

Justin Bieber’s Unique Christmas Tradition

What’s in Justin Bieber’s Christmas Wish list? If one didn’t believe in Christmas or Santa Claus, then there’s no point to making a wish list eh?
It looks like Santa Claus wont be making any stops down the Bieber chimneys as the teen pop idol admits he was brought up with straight honest facts. The teenage heartthrob says he understood his mom’s logic on the matter of not letting him grow up believing in a fictional holiday figure of Santa Claus. Growing up and then realizing later on that he never really existed would almost seem like misleading him to believe in a lie and well, for some kids that would almost be heartbreaking.
This almost would seem sad to think, knowing how the average American kid would hardly get any sleep waiting on good ole St. Nick with a glass of milk and a plate of cookies. However Bieber says, he made an effort to keep the joy of the season for his friends and playmates a never said a word about this to them.
In the Bieber home, Christmas Day was a day to play a family traditional game of dice and chance in lieu of the usual exchange of gifts between family. The person who rolls the dice and gets double has the privilege to pick a present. And basically this allows each player the chance to either get what they wanted or end up with something totally out of their preference. The singer recalls having ended up with pots and pans instead of a much coveted Game Boy.
This year, Justin gets to spend Christmas back in the great white north and spend Christmas eve with his mom and head over to his dad’s house on Christmas day to spend time with his younger siblings. Incidentally, Justin is promoting his Christmas album with hopes that it brings cheers to everyone.

Simon Cowell & Paula Abdul : Dodged Romance

Despite being himself on TV, Simon Cowell still scores hot brownie points with the chics. Engaged to make up artist Mezghan Hussainy, we’re sure you would think your gaydar was lightly beeping at some point. As the world watches him tear almost every aspiring singer into tiny shredded pieces of broken dreams, this man opens his mouth and everyone stops on their tracks. The next reaction would either be a toss up between, running home to cry and hide under a rock …. or throw a perfectly aimed water bottle at him with a side of rotten tomatoes.
The man is simply a death trap for confidence but we’re guessing women find that attractive in a man. While being on American Idol, we’ve seen him cut up contestants and go on constant piss fights with fellow judge Paula Abdul. The tension between them was pretty evident. Sexual tension for that matter!
Yes there was sexual between these two, but more on Paula Abdul’s part. The 52 yr. old British reality TV mogul found himself in a predicament of sorts weighing out his options on the idea of hooking up with 49yr old Paula Abdul. Cowell admits that Paula was a million percent into pursuing him for a relationship but the thought of never having it good as the before, and the fact that they couldn’t even travel in the same plane, was enough to let their dates end in just a good kiss.
Apparently, even Denis Richards has a wild thing for Cowell, and thinks he’s one major hottie! The two were rumoured to have dated while she was 8 months with child.

A bad hair day is a major emergency issue for most women and all are quick to hide a bed head, a bad cut and some serious hair color catastrophe. Being a celebrity can either let you get away with a few forgiving paparazzi shots and if you’re hair is anything close to Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj, you either own it or just get used to the site of gaping mouths.

There are blings about this holiday season and they come in heavy carat-age and loud cha-chings! It seems Christmas is the best time to get down on your knees and pop the question. If you’re not rockin’ a baby bump, sport a blinding rock on your finger .
Rosie O’ Donnel broke her happy news during a commercial break on The Rosie Show as she described her proposal to Michelle Rounds. With her head down and a lump in her throat, she hands out the bauble to the NY based IT head hunter whom she met at Starbucks.
There were plans of a Christmas wedding, but it seems the couple are considering a late spring celebration to accommodate more friends and loved ones. O’Donnel obviously is quite smitten with 28 yr old Rounds, saying that she knew that Michelle was exactly what she wanted just a week after they met in September!
Truth of the matter was, O’Donnel had her gay-dar on the blink at the time and actually thought Michelle was straight. In fact, Michelle’s parents are in painful shock as they always thought she was straight. Well, that $100,000 rock on her finger certainly sets everything straight. Significantly, Rosie chose a platinum ring that shows off a ring of rounds that sets a cushion cut 4-carat diamond.
Rosie’ chidren with ex, Kelli Carpenter on the other hand, are excited about the news of their ……mom’s new found love.

Top Gun 2 in the works?

If there was one 80’s movie that had women sweating in their seats and men grinding their teeth with envy, Top Gun would take that cake and bring it home. Although it almost seemed to be a chic flick with all the cute and buff fly boys, Top Gun had Tom Cruise soaring his way to stardom and became one of Hollywood’s most coveted dream boy.
Tom has since evolved in many facets of his career as an actor and has proven himself well with many successful projects and a franchise contract for Mission Impossible. He may have aged and gone a little cuckoo over love and his new age theories, but the man certainly still packs a big punch with his acting and definitely can still make all you ladies swoon as he takes on a more mature action star profile.
At the moment, the 49 yr. old actor has been busy promoting his 4th MI stint, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol and , there is not a doubt in our minds it’s going to rake in some good rates and dollars. As much as MI has been an awesome action ride, we’re ready for some Tom Cruise eye candy and undeniably looking forward to a Top Gun sequel.
Talks of Top Gun 2 has been tickling the wires since last year after Director Tony Scott nods his head for another go with Tom Cruise. This comes as ideas for the sequel have been tossed onto the table and finding Tom Cruise quite agreeable to working on it. So then, we’re looking at those sexy aviator glasses and sure enough it’s going to be on a lot of Christmas wish lists this year.

Guess who’s tying the knot this week and adding a 4th husband to her list of attempts for eternal marital bliss? Sinead O’ Connor celebrates her 45th birthday on the same day she exchanges nuptial vows with boyfriend Barrie Herridge.
Strangely enough, the singer turned priestess, who also once admitted she was a dyke has just recently gone public through her blog, about her quest and desperation for sex. Last August, O’Connor expressed utter depression on the fact that she is way too lovely to be living the wonderful celibate life of a nun. Hence, this has prompted her to go on a public hunt for a lover.
Okay, now as much as we would all like to find some coherence in all the twisted facts about this woman, there is no point in trying to. As everything this talented singer has tried to make of herself all through her years of being ….uh…. herself, nothing just seems to make any sense at all.
O’ Connor has 4 children from 3 previous marriages. She divorced ex husband no.3, Oz singer Steve Cooney last April, just 8 months after marrying him!
So now what? Does she remain a dyke priest or is she a reborn woman now? With that huge tattoo on her chest, we’re guessing it’s all up to divine intervention to get her properly sorted out.

Anne Hathaway Flashes Her New Bauble

What else could be sweeter than a Christmas bling to go with Christmas cheer? Anne Hathaway is certainly basking in all this, as she gets to dazzle paparazzi attention with the unmistakable bauble on her finger.
Having totally confirmed her engagement to fiancé Adam Shulman, the 29 year old actress showed off her man and her bling while taking a romantic afternoon stroll at the park along with their chocolate lab doggy just this weekend.
The couple seemed to enjoy just whiling away the day locked in each other’s arms and lips and seemingly careless of the cameras clicking from a distance.
A girl can only be so lucky when her fiancé just happens to be a jewelry designer/actor as this only reassures her of some serious bling soon as the question gets popped. And sure enough, Adam Shulman had nothing but the best in his mind for this rather fitting occasion. He worked hand in hand with Kwiat Heritage Jewels to have Anne’s ring entirely custom made with a mouth dropping 6.1 carat diamond set in platinum and approximately rings the cash register at $ 150,000.00.
All seems rosy at this time for the couple, who began dating back in 2008. Anne admits that her current romance is a wee bit more on the mellow side but admits this makes for a rather good life than it is a juicy story to write about.

Christian Bale Ends His Batman Reign

Christian Bale has taken his Bat Suit to the cleaners and stuffed it into the Bat Storage unit. Certainly one of Gotham’s sexiest to play Bruce Wayne, this caped crusader has decided to hang up his role as Batman.
Starting off his film resume’ with a rather odd selection of blockbuster movies , playing the role of Batman sent his career to a whirlwind of Hollywood stardom. To date, Bale has made three franchise Batman films with Director Christopher Nolan since 2005. “Batman Begins” earned him great reviews with the movie raking in at least $1 billion dollars in the box office. Even as we sadly lost Heath Ledger in the midst of filming “ Dark Knight “, the late young actor is surely smiling down the heavens for Bale’s Oscar trophy on this go around. “ The Dark Knight Rises “ set to premiere in July 2012, will see Christian Bale’s last Batman run, as he clips his batwings and leaves Gotham flashing the bat signal for the next sexy Hollywood Bruce Wayne to fit in them Batty Tighties!
In search of a new adventure , armed with an Oscar to go with a wide range of acting skills, and some darn drool-worthy good looks – we doubt Christian Bale would need any bat tricks and bat gadgets to get him soaring in his path to find his permanent seat among the galaxy of Hollywood stars.
