I’m trying to think, if I was a much-talked-about celebrity, would I spend some time at Chevron checking out my latest & greatest gossip?  Maybe, but just for some good giggles.

None other than Britney Spears was spotted Thursday at a Santa Monica convenience store checking out the latest Us magazine scoop.  I wonder what she made of the redneck descriptions of her new man Isaac Cohen? 

Spears walked into the store after dropping off her laundry next door.  Don’t celebs have staff members to do that?
