FYI: Monjack’s next immigration hearing is set for July 14th. His Alien Registration Number and the number to call re: when the hearing occurs and where, is available upon request. Show up and tell the judge why this criminal should not be allowed to be in this country ranging around as a free man continuing to take people for all they’re worth. He belongs in jail. If people really want to expose this con man, be assured that the National Enquirer will protect your identity if you insist on it. But if there are enough people who will go on record, Lowjack can’t sue everyone. How long will he be able to fight especially since he has NO DEFENSE?

The past has caught up with Simon Monjack. As the press become aware of just how rotten and evil he is, his future as a Con Artist will be over. All it takes now is some proper research, digging and collaboration. All in the know to keep story alive so he cannot just get by once again.

Looks like Simon’s chiming in again. Trying to stick up for himself because no one else will. -Prefer Not To State- That is such a name Simon would use. Oh. prefer not to state. hm hm I’m so intellegent and talented. LOL! Sorry. I had to state the obvious. And look at the comment, once again threatening people. Wow, will you ever stop? You, Simon, are truely a sociopath.
You know what commenters, I am a bit bitter. This guy came into my life, tried to ruin my friend, wasted MY time, threatened my friends life, stole money and flat out lied to my face over and over again. He shouldn’t be out there. So ya, you get mad when someone screws you over. If you would just open yourself up to the posibility that these things may be true, wouldn’t you find yourself a bit bitter too?

Actress Brittany Murphy’s new British husband faces deportation after outstaying his work visa, according to U.S. reports.

The JUST MARRIED star stunned Hollywood when she wed producer SIMON MONJACK earlier this month (May07) and now U.S. tabloid the National Enquirer has exposed the Brit as an illegal visitor.

And to make matters even worse, the publication has dug up information suggesting Monjack has a civil judgment against him and a series of felony arrest warrants.

A spokeswoman at U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement has confirmed to the Enquirer that the Brit faces a court hearing about his future in America in July (07), and could be kicked out of the country.

She says, “He’s accused of overstaying his visa and could be deported.”

The I.C.E. spokeswoman also tells the tabloid that Monjack, who was among the producers of Sienna Miller’s Factory Girl film, recently spent nine days in jail after he was arrested at Murphy’s home in March (07).
