Now we know why Britney Spears and Sam Lufti are best friends. They have so much in common!

1. A shared sense of respect for the law. Lufti missed the deposition for the custody battle. “Oh my God, that was today?”

2. Excellent driving skills. Before Lufti was successfully served his court summons, Aaron Cohen — the subpoena officer — so “spooked” him that he rammed his car into Cohen’s Range Rover.

3. Highly refined PR Skills. When media asked him if Spears was pregnant with Rotem’s baby, he texted: “”Don’t know who made it up. It’s BS. Going home to sleep.”

Unfortunately, neither he nor any of BRitney’s friends have managed to give her good advice. Maybe it’s time for another “girl talk”….
