Britney Spears will take the witness stand on Wednesday in the on-going custody battle for her sons. Everyone expects Federline’s lawyers to zoom in on for the kill—and sadly, they’ve got a lot of ammo. Her former bodyguard alerted child services that she takes drugs and alcohol. She’s been photographed driving her kids without a carseat and flashing her privies. Then there was that hair-shaving episode. Luckily, the court forbid the deposition from being videotaped. Britney’s awards performance was humiliating enough.

Poor kids. Either they end up with an emotionally disturbed mom or a gold-digging dad.
