   RE: Anna Nicole Smith. Has anyone done a background check on Jackie Hatten? Last time she saw Anna Nicole (proof) When Anna Nicole named her godmother (proof)? And Virgie Arthur, Anna Nicole hated her mother as she was abusive, I saw an interview on Channel 8 (with Psychiatrist ?) with Virgie Arthur and she admitted (actually volunteered information) that she paddle spanked Anna Nicole. Also, if Anna Nicole wants to be buried next to her son, where on earth does her very selfish mother want her buried? Lastly, there is a reason that Anna Nicole did not want Larry whats-his-name to be a father to Dannie Lynn, has anyone EVER investigated his background?

   I know Jackie Hatten and she did NOT know Anna Nicole for 15 years as she claims nor were they best friends and she was defintely never Daniel’s godmother.

   Jackie is as big a liar as “Prince Frederic Von Anhalt”.

   For years now, Jackie has compared herself as being “the next Anna Nicole”. She is using this opportunity to get media attention and I sincerely hope Stern slaps her with a defamation lawsuit…would serve her right. She is no better than Stern in she is using Anna Nicole in death to get a share of the spotlight.

   Jackie was an acquaintance only of Anna Nicole during the time her brother, Mark Hatten dated Anna Nicole. Mark is currently serving time on a 7 year conviction for stalking Anna Nicole and making terrorist threats against her.

   Dear Donna,
   I agree with you 1000% regarding that media hungry witch “Jackie Hatten” I am amazed at the airtime this liar has gotten, and no one has checked her stories. There is more smoke than fire with this looney.
   Where is the proof that she is Danny Lynn’s godmother?
   Show us recent pictures or email or anything to attest that she was still in contact with Anna.
   How does she back up anything she claims????
   She is disgusting, just as bad by using her dead friends celebrity to get attention! It’s deporable!
   Jackie also claims that she was a “drug-buddy” of Anna’s.
   If she loved Anna so much, why didn’t she do more to help her get off drugs, maybe threaten to expose Anna, SOMETHING!
   Why not, because Jackie is a liar. For God’s sake, the only connection to Anna she has is that her brother is in jail for 7 years for stalking and making terrorist threats to Anna. How’s that for credibility!
   THis upsets me so much, because of all the negative puvlicity it brings.
   “ATTENTION MEDIA” Bring this liar down, expose her for the media hungry liar that she is! Do the right thing!!

   There is a difference between punishing by spanking and abuse. Paddling your unruly child is not abuse. Take a look at the generation of disrespectful, rude and violent children since spanking or paddling ones child has become known as abuse. Look at our schools. Teaching has become a dangerous job because parents neglect to instill values and respect for authority in their children. Anna Nicole left her only child, Daniel, with her mother for years. Don’t you believe if Anna thought her mother was so bad, terrible or cruel she would not have left him there in the care of an abuser? Any “devoted” mother would surely not put their only child in danger by leaving him there for years. Something severed the mother-daughter relationship be it fame, drugs or a combination of the two. What mother would want her child to pose nude or do drugs; prescribed or not? Virgie Arthur was concerned for the welfare of her daughter and grandson. In her field she has seen the devastation caused by drugs. One can only drive a car fast for so long before it crashes; just as a life. The baby needs to be with the biological father but if it cannot be proved who the father is the child needs to be with Anna’s family. Anna should be buried by her son. My own belief is it is time for Anna to go home to those who loved her first. If it was my daughter and grandson I would take them both back to Texas. If Anna wanted to be by her son, don’t you believe Virgie would like to be by her child when she dies? If one has not lost a child you cannot empathize with either mother. Losing a child is a horror I wish on no one. Anna said many cruel, hurtful things after losing her son. But were they true or were the words said because she looking for someone or somewhere to place the rage she felt for losing her child? I feel so sorry for everyone involved in the dispute over Anna’s body and child. Death and grief brings some families closer and destroys others. The media has made a circus of Anna’s death for their own financial gain. The family needs to be left alone to grieve without hurtful remarks or pointing fingers.

   I believe that Danielynn Hope should be with Howard Stern. Before Anna died, both Stern and her shared vows and were going to share their life together raising her daughter. Father or not, Stern should be the one in charge of Danielynn… before the death of Daniel, Stern was always by Anna’s side. Why should it be any different now after her death… He was always with her, even when she started her first T.V. show, “The Anna Nicole show”..
   Birkhead and Anna’s mother and all these other disasterous people are just in it for the money. Let Anna rest in peace next to her beloved Daniel at the Bahamas and let Howard K. Stern raise Daniellyn, like it was destined when Anna was alive.

   virgie arthur is a disgrace to mothers everywhere! she didnt try to help her daughter when she was alive or her grandson for that matter -and to call Splash and have pictures of her dead daughter!all this redneck lying woman wants is money!! she only went to her grandsons grave because she was paid for the pictures and then lied under oath!! she was talking like crazy until questions came up about money,pictures etc then she was sooo unset she couldnt answer—what a fake!! just looking at this woman makes me want to puke!!!!!!!!!!!!

   I agree with you Donna, Tammy. I’ve been so disgusted by the media continuing to hammer away at Anna Nicole, fabricating horrible stories and bringing guests on like Jackie Hatten. I’m a single mom–and a published author. Don’t usually touch these stories but I’m ticked. Been doing some digging. I wonder how the folks that have bashed Anna Nicole would feel if their dirty laundry was aired?! All of those sick reporters that have laughed at Anna Nicole while she was laying in a morgue!!! Larry Birkhead isn’t the angel he pretends to be–I intend to share this news–as well as anything I can find on Jackie Hatten, Virgie, Debra Opri. Check out Debra Opri’s website…disgusting media hungry *****! She has never once expressed sorrow over accusing Anna Nicole of murdering her own son. Doesn’t she ever think about what that did to that poor woman while she was grieving?

    I have been watching this Anna Nicol trial on tv and I think the judge made a bad decision. He should abide by the Florida law, Mrs. Arthur is the mother, the next of kin so give her the body and let her bury her in Texas. Stern is not anything but a boy friend and that is nothing, give the baby to the grandmother and let her love and take care of her. The baby needs the grandmother now, she needs to be taken care of by someone that will love her.I do not think Stern is the father even if he is he dosen’t know how to take care of a baby. Help this grieving mother. I pray for Mrs. Arthur every day.

    I absolutely disagree with Eleanor’s comments. A. Nicole may have used drugs and she may even have had some addictions but she was definitely in charge of her own life. She had serious issues with her mother and while she didn’t trust her, she was devastated at the fact that her mother could be paid by the media to be recorded at Daniel’s grave site. GIVE IT A BREAK!! I am a mother and allowing some of the footage and much of the derogatory comments, even from her mom, would have never been brought out by my own team. A real mother’s love runs so much deeper than that and especially immediately following the loss of your child. I don’t want to say that she (Virgie) had no feelings but it just add up to me. And what about respect? It was clear from much of the testimony that Anna wanted to be buried with her son. It was also obvious that she tried very hard to have a closer relationship with him than that which she had with her mother. What seemed a final blow from Virgie was that crew filming Danny’s grave side. She was very clear about not expecting to have any relationship with her or allowing her to b e in the presence opf her children. It seems a travesty to give her body to her mom. (This would say to her controlling mom that “I’m your mother and you belong to me…..you don’t have a lick of sense to know where you want to be buried or even Danny for that matter so I will get you both and take you to Texas……I WON OVER YOU IN DEATH) The simple thing for Virgie to do is to first recognize that Anna was grown and lived independent and therefore, she needs you to observe her independent choices.

    I agree with all of you that says that Virgie Arthur is a disgrace to mothers. She wants to stick it to Anna one last time. America should protest her. i hope and pray that every judge that she goes before, sees her for what she is, a dispicable human being. If i were
    Howard K Stern, i would fight her with all my might to keep her from getting custody of Anna’s body and Dannilynn. More people should stand up for Howard K Stern and let it be known that Anna wanted him
    to take care of Dannilynn and her estate. he was the one that
    truly stuck beside Anna Nicole Smith.

    One can only agree with Anna Nicole’s wishes….it is so obvious that this fat, ugly, evil vulture pretending to be a mother only has monetary gains in her sight, not even considering what Anna Nicole’s wishes were. Even Stevie Wonder could see through this despicable woman and Larry Dickhead!

    Virgie Arthur is a heroine!
    She or he who diapers, feeds, cares for, loves, and tends a child from birth to six years, let alone from birth to sixteen, is the one whose opinion matters – as long as she or he is blood-related, as is Virgie Arthur.
    Despite having a wayward, drugged-out daughter, Virgie Arthur has maintained a stable, moral, Church-going household and raised four other children, including Daniel, the baby Anna Nicole ditched on her Mother’s doorstep then conveniently picked up only when he was old enough to look after himself and to serve as a prop in her bid to gain her old John’s money, Mr. Marshall, and the boy was forced to follow this disreputable and clownish giantess as she degraded herself in every way.
    Why should the whims of a woman addicted to many drugs given her by her pimp and supplier, Howard K. Stern, be listened to?
    The Mother is the one who decides where Anna Nicole is to be buried.
    Howard decided to buy plots in the Bahamas while Anna Nicole was drugged up as usual and out of it in grief.
    Throughout the travesties of justice we’ve all watched as the known corruption of Florida becomes all too apparent, Virgie Arthur has stood for wonderful Mothers everywhere, heroically standing up for her daughter and for her Baby Granddaughter, Dannielynn, who is currently being held hostage, having been kidnapped by someone outside the family, and only for money, very obviously.
    Allow that baby to be released to that heroic and wonderful American Mother, Virgie Arthur!

    I am thinking that Howard Stern had those tapes made of Anna Nicole while she was on drugs. I think he told her what to say about her mother and family because I think he had something up his sleeve so to say. What young person even thinks and talks about death, nobody that I know of. He was thinking about all that money, greed. Be real in six months he won’t even think about Anna Nicole, don’t think he cared anything about her just her money. I think Annas mother is the only decent one to raise the baby and such a shame Stern won’t even let her hold her own grandchild.

    Virgie Arthur may not be completely right in trying to keep her daughter near her, or maybe it is the way she has had to go about it, but she is not an evil person. This woman has to be in deep pain and grief. She lost contact with her daughter and her grandson and then they both died suddenly. Until you know the pain of losing a child, you cannot judge her for what she is doing. Taking her child and grandchild to Texas may be the only way she has of staying close to her loved ones. If it is so important for Anna to be buried next to her son, don’t you think it may be important for Virgie to be buried next to her daughter and her grandson that she helped raise? We at least know that Virgie purchased the plots, Howard purchased the ones in the Bahamas.
    YOU GO GRANDMA, PROTECT DANNIELYNN!!

    I agree with Eleanor Arnold. Virgie may have got paid by media and maybe it as the only means she could get to Bahamas. She is not a greedy one though and I think that she genuinely cared about Anna Nicole and Daniel and continues to fight to save Dannielynn. Howard has been Anna’s attorney for several years and he has had everything planned for the long time by surrounding Anna and himself with his friends: doctors, lawyers, judges, coroners and others and setting stages conveniently outside Texas ie. Florida and Bahamas where anything goes. Paternity tests in early April will show who the father is but who will get to keep Dannielynn is another issue. Mr. Stern is there for money and possible pending inheritance and he is there for publicity and millions that come from a book and movie deals.
