Publicity stunt or a heartfelt performance? Who cares? I am sure that the fans who rushed up to watch Miley Cyrus as she performed at a Georgia restaurant did not care about the rationale. Miley dined on crab snow legs and then borrowed a guitar and sang a couple of songs.
