Guns n’ Roses guitarist Slash and wife Perla has won a round in a lawsuit against real estate agent Gregory Holcomb and Sotheby’s International Realty. According to the complainants, they real estate agent misrepresented the property that was sold to the couple in 2006. Apparently, there was not enough room to party and for their guests to park. If things go the couples’ way, they just might have enough to get a new crib that will suit their party needs.
