An accident apparently happened at the set of the Guy Ritchie-directed Sherlock Holmes movie.

Robert Downey, Jr., who plays the titular Sherlock Holmes, accidentally set fire to his crotch when ash from the pipe he was smoking in a scene fell on his trousers setting the front of his pants on fire. Good thing Jude Law, who plays Dr. Watson, had the presence of mind to grab a vase and douse Downey’s pants with water.

I wonder if Law kissed the booboo afterwards…
