Congratulations to Martie Maguire of the Dixie Chicks! She’s a proud mama to Harper Rosie Maguire, born Friday in Austin, Texas. The baby weighed 7 lb., 10 oz. and was 20.5 inches long. Her husband, Gareth Maguire, and their twin daughters Eva Ruth and Kathleen Emilie, are “ecstatic.”
