In a strange turn, R. Kelly was spotted out & about Manhattan Tuesday with a grown woman.  Wow, like, has that ever happened in R. Kelly’s dating life before?

I can’t believe the hitmaker was seen with someone above the legal limit.  Congrats, Kelly, you have now been inducted into the ‘You’re Finally Freaking Mature’ league  of celebs.  Good work, mate.
