Actress Kate Hudson was spotted with a topless, & possibly gone commando, Dax Shepard Saturday night.

At first glance it looks like all Dax wants to wear out in public is a pair of low-riding jeans, but it appears as if sweetiepie Dax has given Kate his t-shirt so she can hide from the paparazzi.  Kate should have done a better job, if you ask me!

The kind gent & Hudson were seen leaving Malibu restaurant Nobu & heading out to a black convertible where they drove off into the night.

Maybe a chick will give someone like Orlando Bloom her shirt so he can hide from the paps….We can only hope.
