A very hearty happy birthday going out to Jessica Simpson today.  The singer/actress turns 27 today & managed to squeeze in some celebrating last night as well.

On Monday Jess arrived with best pal Daisy in a streamer-filled limo at LAX.  Wonder who decorated the limo…..
