Every time I see Britney Spears out & about in her convertible, I get a little nervous.  It seems like any day now those badly managed extensions are going to up & fly out.

Despite the fact that Brit smiled for the cameras as she twirled around Los Angeles, there’s still ‘disaster’ written all over this gal.  Maybe it’s got something to do with all those up-skirt photos & boob shows….
