At the Miami tour of her MDMA show, Maddonna’s thong had ridden up underneath her cheeks down below creating the ultimate camel toe.

But that doesn’t stop the Queen of Pop for dishing out more and outdoing Lady Gaga.

Hopefully Madonna offers refunds for those appalled by her concert shock tactics.
