Following a collision with a jet ski at Georgia’s Lake Lanier last Friday, Usher’s stepson Kyle Glover has been declared brain dead by doctors.

Kyle Glover and an unidentified 15 year-old girl were inside inner tubes when an adult male on a jet ski ran into them. Both children were unresponsive when they were rescued.

Kyle’s mother is Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster. Despite the contentious divorce proceedings and custody battle, Usher made sure Tameka was flown in immediatedly via private jet to be with her injured son. Usher and Tameka have two children together- Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd, 3.

There has been no decision yet as to whether or not Kyle Glover would be taken off life support. In light of the tragic news, the twitterverse has shown an outpouring of support for Kyle Glover and his family.
