Hollywood hottie Elizabeth Hurley launched a new childrens clothing line Wednesday.  The beachwear & swimwear were launched yesterday at London’s Harrods. 

While Hurley is always looking fabulous, I fear that yesterday wasn’t a great day for her.  She looks a little ragged compared to her usual, beautiful self.  Maybe she’s not a big kid fan….
