Charlie Sheen is winning! CBS is reportedly in talks with the troubled actor so he’ll return to the set of the networks uber-popular sitcom Two and a Half Men. The announcement comes just two weeks after Sheen was fired and subsequently banned from the Warner Bros. studio lot.
NBC reporter Jeff Rossen tweeted on Monday:
“CBS has offered him his job back. Discussions ongoing. Not a done deal.”
That tweet was backed up by other reports on Monday that CBS CEO Les Moonves was attempting to bring Sheen back on board, while Jenny McCarthy, a frequent guest star was also named as a replacement.
Sheen has filed a $100 million wrongful termination lawsuit, however an insider told RadarOnline.com:
“Moonves wants to get the show back on the air. He’s all for it,” adding, “He says certain people need to forget anything and everything Charlie’s done recently and just move on with the business at hand.”
Also on the table, a possible late-night gig on Fox. It looks like crazy wins….you heard it here, crazy is winning.
