Jessica looks completely happy even though she’s gotten a lot of flack from sports fans who blame her for boyfriend Tony Romo’s bad performance. Guess their relationship’s going strong, too… She just got back from a weekend with him, and is wearing his Dallas Cowboys cap. Aaaw.

Until their next rendezvous, her dog Daisy will keep her company.

A Hollywood stylist, Nancy Rosu, is suing Britney for unpaid bills.

Apparently she had been hired to shop for the star, and never got paid for the clothes or the services — worth approximately $50,000. The pop star had ignored her calls for over 2 months. (Don’t feel bad, Nancy. Britney ignores court judges, too.)

Although you’d think with a $50,000 clothes bill, the stylist could’ve included some Hollywood tape (or at least, a safety pin) with this green ensemble.

Jake Gyllenhaal has been taking Heath Ledger’s death really hard. The two became close friends while filming Brokeback Mountain. He’s even godfather to Heath’s daughter, Matilda.

Jake had to take a leave of absence from filming his new movie, Brothers. Co-stars said that he had left the set the moment he heard about the death. Though he did return to shoot another scene, he often sat on the director’s chair, blankly staring into space.

He’s taken a leave of absence from the movie and has been turning to girlfriend Reese Witherspoon for much needed emotional support.

While ex wife Britney usually gets the spotlight, now it’s Kevin Federline’s turn to talk .

And no, he doesn’t have a British accent.

Gwen Stefani and hubby Gavin Rossdale happily announced they were expecting another child. She’s 13 weeks on the way, and has been telling everyone lately that she hoped her two-yeae-old Kingston would soon have a little brother or sister.

Gwen loves being a mom and adores her kid. “He’s a chilled-out little guy. He’s just like another person, except that he’s super-cute and super-entertaining.” Rossdale also thinks being a Dad is the best thing that’s happened to him. “Finally, I got something right.”

The New Kids on the Block are back. Must be desperate for money, or have delusions of earning as much as the Spice Girls reunion.

Reality check, kids. The screaming fans who used to scramble over each other for a chance to wipe off the sweat from Joey McIntyre’s brow are now in their 30’s. Many of them cringe at the memory of scribbling “I love Jordan McKnight” on their notebooks. And, last time we checked, “Step by Step” never became part of the pop music compendium of classics.

Heath Ledger was still filming The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus when he died last week. Now, the production company is scrambling for ways to finish it — if only to pay tribute to the talent for someone everyone deeply respected and loved.

Costar Christopher Plummer confirmed reports that Ledger hadn’t been feeling well. “We all caught colds because we were shooting outside on horrible, damp nights. But Heath’s went on and I don’t think he dealt with it immediately with the antibiotics.…I think what he did have was the walking pneumonia.”

He also said Heath repeatedly complained about not being able to sleep and was taking pills just to get enough rest for the next day’s filming.

There are rumors that Johnny Depp will be asked to step into Heath’s role, but none of these have been confirmed.

Weird day for Britney. Yes, even weirder than usual.

1. She fights with friend Sam Lufti in the car. Bolts out of the car, sits on the sidewalk with her dog.

2. She gets into the car of another photographer friend (does she have any other friends now?), Filipe Teixeira. She invites him and another photographer pal to spend the rest of the night in her house.

3. Adnan Ghalib shows up at her gate. He’s turned away.
4. Adnan shows text messages to other paparazzi, where Sam Lufti called him a “manic trigger” and warned him that “any more contact will kill her.”
5. Britney’s mom shows up for a visit.
6. Britney abruptly leaves the mansion. Gets into the car with Adnan.
7. Car breaks down. They go back home. Mom still waiting.
8. Adnan leaves and Britney and Lynne hang out until 1:30 am, till she drives her to Longs Drugs in Studio City.

Good thing she’s finally seeking psychiatric treatment.

Daniel Day Lewis pays moving tribute to Heath Ledger, dedicating his win as Outstanding Male Actor for a leading role – in There Will Be Blood.  “I never met him. I thought he was beautiful. I just have a very strong feeling that I would have liked him very much as a man. …I admired him very much.”

Man, we missed this! The writers’ strike put a damper the usual round of January awards shows (and red carpet sightings). But the SAG — the only show that got the approval of the Writer’s Guild — lifted the ban, and had stars blowing the dust off their fabulous gowns.

Mary-Kate Olsen finally stepped forward after her name was drawn into Heath Ledger’s sudden and tragic death.

The two had been dating casually since late last year. Initial reports said he had been found in her apartment (not true); then police announced that she was the first person the housekeeper had called. In fact, she phoned her 3 times (a minute between each call) before calling 911.

“Heath was a friend. His death is a tragic loss. My thoughts are with his family during this very difficult time.”

Police have said they will not question Olsen in connection with the phone calls.

Apparently Amy Winehouse got into a fierce battle with her hairbrush… and lost.

Police have ruled out that Heath was taking a toxic mix of illegal drugs and alcohol. The rolled up $20 bill they found in his apartment tested negative for cocaine. However, he did have prescription drugs, including those to help him sleep.

Friends have said that he had been very edgy during Christmas because he missed his daughter, but that he wasn’t overly depressed.

It will take about 10 day before autopsy results are finalized.

Phone records show that the housekeeper who discovered Heath Ledger’s body called Mary Kate before 911.

Why? Reps said that the housekeeper (photograph above) wanted Mary Kate’s advice. The actress told her that she would send over security teams for help, but then the housekeeper called back to say she had dialled 911.

Strange.

The court has spoken. Britney’s lost all visitation rights. Even Federline’s lawyers are saddened by the actress’ quickly deteriorating mental health, describing the deposition as gutwrenching.

You know what’s gutwrenching? That Britney even had to reach this point. Why couldn’t her so-called friends spot the symptoms of a nervous breakdown? And her so-called mom, all poised to write a book on parenting, can’t even get her daughter through the worst time in her life? We don’t see her in the paparazzi photos.

Right now she can’t be a good mother to her kids. But she needs some family — and maybe this time, they won’t bring Dr. Phil.

Hollywood may have lost a great actor in Heath Ledger, but one little girl lost her daddy.

Heath’s daughter Matilda can only cling to the little memories she has — and a tiny spot in their old home in Brooklyn, where the two left their footprints in wet cement. His neighbor said, “It was a secret. It was a fun thing. He did it as a surprise for his family.”

The 2-year-old’s name is perpendicular to the word HUGO, which is the name of a neighbor’s dog. On Wednesday someone placed carnations on that spot.
