Since his profanity fueled rant that used the “N” word, Michael Richards has largely stayed out of the spotlight over the last several years, but now the 61-year-old ex-Seinfeld star may be headed down yet another slippery slop with photographer Brendon O’Neal claiming the actor beat him up during an August 25 incident.

O’Neal alleges that Richards beat him up in the streets of Los Angeles, stating that the attack occurred after Richards walked up to him in a “menacing manner … with closed fists” which according to PopEater led to Richards punching him in the face.

After O’Neal fell to the pavement he says Richards then “proceeded to kick [O'Neal] numerous times, directing the blows to [O'Neal's] arms, hands, and camera.”

There has yet to be a response from Richard’s defense team and why he would attack the photographer is also unknown so far.

Sorry, no video evidence of the attack has surfaced at this time, a weird fact in these days of video footage popping up everywhere for just about every crazy act.
