Jeff Goldblum has decided not to renew his contract for the 10th season of Law & Order: Criminal Intent according to Variety.
Goldblum joined the Law & Order cast on the USA Network just two years ago and his publicist said he has decided not to return “due to the uncertainty” that remains around the future of the show.
Recently Vincent D’Onofrio, Kathryn Erbe, and Eric Bogosian have all recently left the tv series and it’s beginning to look less like the original show which began airing on the USA Network nearly 10 years ago.
What do you think about Goldblum’s exit? His role has always seemed very artificial to me, pretty much a gimmick.

Like Goldblum, love the show. I hope it comes back. One correction – USA has only been airing the show since the seventh season. For its first six years, “Criminal Intent” aired on NBC.

Not another Law & Order to finish this year … its hard enough to lose the original series without losing this one as well … lets hope they keep SVU going
