Shakira World Cup Closing Ceremony

Columbia’s number one singer, Shakira, will headline at this years World Cup ceremony, singing the tournaments official anthem “Waka Waka  (This Time for Africa).

The 2010 FIFA World Cup closing ceremony is set to take place on July 12th. It’s the second time Shakira is performing the song, her first was during the Soweto World Cup concert on June 10.

The closing ceremony will start at  6:30 PM local time, allowing for two hours before the final match is set to begin.

The picture shown above is the mockup of the dress that Shakira has chosen to wear for the event, the dress was designed by famed designer Roberto Cavalli.
