Britney Spears & Kevin Federline’s sweet boy Sean Preston peeks from his mother’s birthing room suite window.  Sean turns 1-years-old tomorrow and he will be celebrating big this year with the arrival of a baby brother Tuesday morning. 

The birthing suite located on the third floor of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center has also seen the likes of Madonna, Jennifer Garner, Gwen Stefani, Courteney Cox, Kate Hudson, Debra Messing & Kim Basinger.
